Cafe Under Construction

We started with a vanilla shell space. Our Landlord Company, Rappaport, was kind enough to upgrade the space with new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new bathrooms, new A/C unit, and increased power supply to our 2200 sq ft space in Potomac Festival Plaza, Woodbridge, Virginia.
